TESTING:

At Precious Events, all of our bouncy castles and appliances are PIPA and PAT tested inline with the national standards to meet the HSE Standard EN14960:2013, making them eligible to be hired legally and safely. Testing report is available upon request.

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE:
​
At Precious Events, our clients safety is of the utmost importance to us. To ensure this, all of our services are covered by our public liability insurance, meaning that we have you covered should there be an unforeseen incident.

IDEAL SETTING:
​
The ideal setting for our small children's bouncy castle to be used is in an outdoor space where the castle can be pegged into soft ground (i.e. grass). The castle can also be used in indoor space, where we can attach heavy duty sandbags to the castle in order to manage the weight and movement when the bouncy castle is in use.

OUTDOOR USE:
​
Our small children's bounce house is fully applicable for outdoor use, although can be weather dependant. The castle cannot be used during days of high wind and heavy rain due to law and also safety measures. This will be judged on the day of hire and if in the case of cancellation, a full refund will be issued or equally the option to hire the bouncy castle at a later date.

SETUP & COLLECTION:
​
Setup and collection are included within the cost of the bouncy castle hire, we recommend a minimum of 30 minutes each side of your event for setup & collection. The bouncy castle can be setup and collected within the hours of 7am - 10pm, 7 days a week. To setup up the bouncy castle, we will need access to a wall outlet (indoor or outdoor) in order to inflate the castle, an extension lead will be provided with hire or we can provide a diesel generator. If you require the use of a generator, it is available at to hire at an extra cost of £20. please make us aware of this upon booking.
